EXPERIENCE
Mr. Jadeja is a Forensic CPA and a credentialed Business Appraiser with more than 19 years of diverse professional experience comprised of both private industry corporate finance and accounting as well as providing both expert witness and consulting services for forensic and valuation litigation support purposes.
Mr. Jadeja has served as an expert witness for financial and accounting matters in both state and federal court and arbitration proceedings. He has performed forensic accounting services for investigations of suspected fraudulent conveyances, receiverships, bankruptcy/insolvency, marital dissolution, shareholder/contract disputes, and economic damage evaluations. His forensic analyses have been used to assist clients in both criminal and civil actions. He is also trained as a Collaborative Family Law Professional. Mr. Jadeja has issued business valuation reports for federal income, gift, and estate tax; litigation; transactional; and financial reporting purposes. In August 2025, he was recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Top CPAs in Valuation Services. The Forbes inaugural list was compiled from a collection of candidates sourced through independent research, nominations and recognitions from numerous associations of CPAs, then rated on a range of weighted criteria, including expertise, innovation, thought leadership, experience, and service to the community and to their profession.
