Harry Ayala, CPA - Audit Manager
EXPERIENCE
With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing, Harry brings strong technical expertise in ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), ASC 842 (Leases), and financial reporting. His background includes work with Ernst & Young, where he gained experience across PCAOB audits and Uniform Guidance engagements. He supports clients across a wide range of industries including retail, construction, healthcare, real estate, government, and nonprofits.
Harry is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida and Puerto Rico. He is an active member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting).
Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, the beach, and fishing.
