Updated FAQ - PPP Loan Forgiveness

PPPToday the SBA published updated FAQ guidance on the PPP loan forgiveness.  Specifically, the SBA has provided some safe harbor guidance for the good faith certification for loan applications of less than $2,000,000 (see FAQ #46 in highlighted text).  For loans in excess of $2,000,000 there is additional clarity on the SBA’s position on those good faith certifications.
