During his 25 years of experience in public accounting, Brad has provided accounting and consulting services to some of the best known and most rapidly growing enterprises in Central Florida. In addition to a broad background in individual and corporate tax planning and compliance, Brad assisted with the development of the firm’s charter school practice and serves as the lead audit partner on a variety of charter school and non-profit audits. As an advisor, Brad has assisted clients in public offerings, acquisition investigations, mergers and spin-offs of major subsidiaries or divisions, profitability analyses and feasibility studies.
Brad, who is a licensed CPA in Florida and Texas, is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Florida Institute of CPAs and volunteers much of his personal time with the After School Outreach Mission. He earned his BSBA in accounting and finance from the University of Central Florida and was the recipient of the Elijah Watt Sells Award given for outstanding achievement on the uniform CPA examination.
